Principle
Keep the typical cells sampled in the cell solution, and remove the red blood cell and mucus which will affect the diagnosis, and other impurities, such as cell fragments. It is easy for dye. Then make the cell smear and form a thin layer with clear and clean background and evenly distributed cell on the glass slides.
【Application Range】
It applies to cervical caducous cell, mucus pleural and peritoneal effusion and before puncture cytological testing. It also can be applied to sample to make the pre-handling to get the cell specimen.
 

【Clinical Significance】
Adopting the advanced cell pre-handling technology not only increase the readable cell quantity, but also removes the impurities such as red blood cell, mucus and cell fragments which existed in the traditional pap smear and affected the observation and diagnosis, make the cell be a thin layer whose distribution even, background clean and cell clear.
